Artists' Showcase: Jaskamal Prasad
Jaskamal Prasad lives on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia where live music, performance art, and other art forms are part of every day culture. Jas is an original member of Pine 'N' Sandy, the first drag troupe on the Sunshine Coast. Retiring from the stage, but never from art, they create with puppetry, textiles, and poetry to communicate about reclaiming ancestry, grief, personal growth, disabled life, adapting, the joy of aging while Trans, and intergenerational healing.

Standing Room Only
When people think they are including you, exclusion is still part of the scene if accessibility is not part of the show.
